We value your trust and aim to provide you with the best gadgets, phones, and electronic accessories. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our Return and Refund Policy.

The following terms apply to all products purchased from us.

Interpretation

Words with the initial letter capitalised have specific meanings as defined below. These definitions apply equally in singular and plural.

Definitions

• Company (“the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”): Refers to The Tech.

• Goods: Items offered for sale, including gadgets, mobile phones, and related electronics.

• Orders: A request placed by you to purchase Goods from Us.

• Website: Refers to tech.com.pk, accessible at https://tech.com.pk.

• You: The individual customer purchasing Goods from Us, or any company/legal entity represented by that individual.

Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your Order within 7 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 7 days from the date you received the Goods, or when a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by you receives the Goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us with a clear statement by:

We will process your refund no later than 30 days after receiving the returned Goods. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used for your Order, with no additional charges.

Conditions for Returns

For Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.

• The Goods are returned in their original packaging and include all accessories (chargers, cables, manuals, warranty cards, etc.).

Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns for:

 

• Goods customised or personalised for you.

• Goods that by nature cannot be returned (e.g., software licences, digital downloads).

• Goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, or safety reasons (e.g., earphones, screen protectors).

• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
