We have a pure Business-to-Consumer model and our ultimate goal is to help our users save money by not spending more than what they should when buying a phone. To avoid fraud and abuse of our pricing policies, our users can buy a maximum of one phone per month. Through this, we aim to protect and benefit our users by avoiding bulk purchases by businesses.

Return Policy

We give value to our customer which is why we don’t just focus on making your shopping experience better but also the post-shopping experience. You can return or exchange a product within 3 days in following cases:

  1. The product is different from what was mentioned on the website.
  2. If received a defected/damaged product.

In order for the product to be eligible for this policy, it should comply with the following terms and conditions:

  1. The product should be sealed in its original product packaging.
  2. The product should be unused and the packaging should not be damaged.
  3. No items from the box are missing or broken.
  4. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
  5. The exchange request should be made within 3 days of receipt of the delivery package.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Products cannot be returned or exchanged if the package is opened or damaged.
  2. It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.

How to return?

If the product complies with all the above mentioned conditions for return,kindly contact the customer care with photographic evidence within 3 days of receiving the parcel. The second thing you need to do is make sure you do not lose any packaging material that comes with it and all items in the box must be intact.

  2. Call us and we can arrange a pickup
  3. Hand over the phone and form to us
  4. We’ll do the necessary quality check and then proceed with the return

Which cities do you deliver to?

We deliver all over Pakistan.

What are your delivery times?

Delivery time is dependent on the availability of the product and the city where you want it to be shipped. The products with the availability mentioned as “In Stock” are delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad). For other cities,delivery time is 2-3 business days.

How long would it take for me to receive my order?

We make every effort to deliver your order within 2-3 business days.

Please note that The Tech is not liable for any shipping delays, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as: recipient was unavailable or un-contactable; incorrectly addressed orders; weather conditions and so on. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay and estimated delivery date in such situations.

What is my delivery time if I choose digital payment methods(Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPro, etc)?

To ensure fool proof and secure transactions, payment gateways require to hold deliveries for 24 hours. As soon as we get a confirmation from the gateway, we dispatch the products immediately.

Would I be required to provide additional documentation if I choose digital payment methods?

You would be required to provided the following documents:

  1. A copy of Photo ID (CNIC / Driving License)
  2. A copy of front side of your card

Is it necessary for me to provide identification when I receive the package?

The authorized / intended recipient will be required to sign the delivery document upon the delivery of the package with their ID card details.

Would I be allowed to open parcel before making the payment?

We provide open box deliveries in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. In other cities, we would send you a video of your product being packed. This is to ensure and give your confidence that you would be getting what you haveordered.

What should I do when I receive my delivery?

All The Tech packages are perfectly sealed at the warehouse before they are shipped to you. In order to ensure pleasant shopping experience please take the following steps:

Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit. We request you not to sign and accept if you are concernedabout the condition of the shipment. Instead, hand the package back to the courier and we will replace the items to you within few days.

Make a video of the package while opening the plastic flyer and unboxing the product. This step would help you compare the product in the parcel with the packing video of which we have sent you.

If you find that the product in the box is tampered or missing when you open the package, please contact our Customer Care at +92 51 884 7777 within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

Can I modify my delivery address?

Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The payments, if you have already made, will be refunded to you.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order when you receive a confirmation call for your order from our customer service representative.

What if my order is already in the process of being shipped, or already shipped?

If you want to get your product cancelled, you need to call our customer care and make a request to cancel the order. They will cater your cancellation.

Cancellation in case of Online payment:

In case of pre-payment / digital payment, the money will be refunded to debit card, credit card, or internet banking account (whichever mode you have used for payment); as per the policy of the merchant. The refund amount takes 15 to 20 days to reflect in customer accounts.

How can I track my order and contact the courier if I have a complaint or enquiries?

Please track your order details directly through our delivery partners’ websites using your tracking number and the website address which is sent as SMS.

Warranty Policy

All the products sold at The Tech are backed by a 1 year brand warranty, unless specified. Brand warranty is claimable at the authorized warranty center of the brand, any where in Pakistan.

Therefore, you don’t have to ship the product back to our warehouse or worry about getting it fixed. You can simply walk into your nearest authorized warranty center and you would be facilitated by a trained professional authorized by the brand.
